Ground Rules is what happens when a seasoned burger operator takes a fresh swing at the sports bar. Built right in Garden City, it's the local spot for burgers, beer, bourbon, wings and game day — with way more intention than the category usually gets.

At its core, Ground Rules is about rewriting expectations. Guests may come in thinking "sports bar," but the goal is for them to leave talking about the burger, the atmosphere, and how surprisingly dialed-in the whole experience felt.

Created by restaurateur Scott Slater, Ground Rules carries forward a long-standing obsession with what a burger can be — bold, craveable, a little irreverent, and worth going out of your way for.
