Vendor Call · 2026 Season
We're looking for local makers, growers, bakers, food-truck operators, and specialty retailers to join the Greenbelt Night Market — 14 Fridays of summer on the Boise River Greenbelt at The Boardwalk.
Who we're looking for
We curate the lineup so the market stays a market — a real mix of food, farm, and artisan, without stepping on the on-site restaurants or each other.
Baked goods, popcorn, specialty bites, sweets, drinks — items that complement, not compete with, the on-site restaurants.
Handcrafted goods, apparel, ceramics, candles, jewelry, art, leather, prints — anything made by your own hands.
Local produce, honey, flowers, plants, herbs — farmers-market favorites for a Friday-evening haul.
1–2 rotating food trucks each Friday. If you bring the kitchen to the people, talk to us about a date.
Rates · 2026 season
Booths are 10' × 10'. Bring your own tables, tent, chairs, signage, and weights. Power available on the second tier.
Application and payment due in advance. Final booth assignment confirmed after review.
Required to vend
Standard market requirements — protecting you, protecting the market, and keeping things above board with Idaho.
Submit through Marketspread, including the Fridays you'd like to vend.
Booth fees due before the event date. Marketspread handles the checkout.
Required to vend — protects both you and the market.
Idaho Sellers Permit, Temporary Sellers Permit, or ST-124 form. Required to collect sales tax legally.
Temporary Food Establishment Permit (Central District Health) — required if you're serving food.
If you bring a canopy, it must be 10×10 or smaller and each leg requires 20 lbs of weight for safety.
You provide your own tables, chairs, signage, and display materials. Bring extension cords if using power.
Setup must be complete by 4 PM. Breakdown after 9 PM, when the market closes.
Vendor FAQ
Both work. You can pick individual Fridays through the Marketspread application, or apply for the full 14-week season. We'll work with what fits your business.
The Plaza at The Boardwalk has on-site restaurants and bars. We curate the vendor mix so packaged goods, baked items, specialty foods, and snacks complement — rather than directly overlap with — what those restaurants serve. If you're unsure, apply anyway and we'll talk.
No — vendors bring their own tables, chairs, signage, and (if needed) canopy. We provide the 10×10 space, the location, the audience, and on-site power for power-tier vendors.
We're booking 1–2 rotating food trucks per Friday. Apply through Marketspread and mention you're a truck — we'll coordinate dates and placement directly.
Yes — every vendor, food or non-food, needs the $1,000,000 General Liability coverage. It's standard for markets and it protects everyone.
Setup must be complete by 4 PM. The market opens at 5 PM. Breakdown is after 9 PM, when the market closes. Please don't break down early — it pulls energy out of the last hour.
The market is rain-or-shine. We'll only cancel for serious weather — and we'll communicate as early as possible if that happens. Tent weights aren't optional for a reason.
Ready when you are
