A summer
park-side doghouse.

State Street Doghouse is the seasonal pop-up Eagle didn't know it needed. We slang the same bacon-stuffed beef dogs that put Scotty Dogs on the map, plus a few park-only specials, sundries you forgot to pack, and treats for the actual dogs. Set up shop right next to the farmers market in Heritage Park — open for people and pups all summer.

Built for grass-side eating.

Heritage Park is bringing the farmers market back this May for the first time in years — we built right into that moment. Pull up after Pilates, before a stroll, or because the kids hit the playground and you needed five minutes to think. We have a dog for that.

Our base is the ⅓ lb beef & bacon hot dog — same recipe as Scotty Dogs, with bacon cooked into the natural casing. We also rotate a Basque sausage built locally with Meridian Meats, a nod to Idaho's Basque heritage.

Plus what you forgot at home: ice cream, sunscreen, dog treats (yes, for dogs), and a few cold drinks. Park-side, pretending to be a corner store. Open from May until the weather quits — call it four months of summer, give or take.
